Are soy candles vegan?
How long will delivery take?
We process new orders at our workshop within 24 hours of receiving them. We then handmake all of our candles and allow them to set for 24 hours before packaging. Our courier then collects them.
Can I amend/edit my order?
Yes! But only within the first 12 hours of ordering. You can contact us directly using the contact form.
What if I have an allergy?
If you have any specific allergies, please write them in the 'add a note' section before you purchase one of our candles and we'd be happy to supply our allergen guide.
My candle has arrived damaged.
Do not worry! Accidents can and will happen.
Are scented candles toxic?
Does soy wax hold scent as well as parraffin wax?
Soy wax is known to be more 'picky' over which fragrance oils that work well.
Fortunately, we regularly weed out any of the scents that don't pass our high standards of hot and cold throw (that's the candlemakers term of how well the candle smells both hot and cold).
What can cause frosting and why does it affect soy candles?
Frosting is actually a unique and natural effect of using vegetable type waxes, especially soy wax. The wax is trying to return back to its natural form and as a result it begins to crystallize. It doesn't affect the performance of the candle in any way and also means your wax is 100% natural.
Do you have a refund policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Why soy wax?
Derived from the soybean, soy wax is a hydrogenated vegetable oil that turns to a solid at room temperature. Soy wax contains nothing artificial, which makes it a better alternative to old-fashioned paraffin wax, which is made from petroleum oil and produces harmful by-products when burned or melted. Soy wax is non-toxic making it better both for the environment and your health!
